I'm going to do 50 minutes of weights with abdominals this evening. I started last week and plan on doing them twice a week. This will be my third weight workout. I figured I need to mix up my routine and stop doing so much cardio.

Is anyone else having trouble getting on the step tracker site? Just wondering if it's just me. I'm still moving but not as much as before now that my knee is finally healing up I will start again building back up. Have a great beach day and keep moving!

Taking the night off tonight. Had a long day at work today and went on a brisk 2-3 mile walk last night. Figured I deserve a night off. Back to work tomorrow! Night everyone!

Just needed to pop in to let you know that I did treadmill tonight for 45 minutes. So far my knee is liking me. It felt really good getting back up there and walking.

Glad your knee is feeling better Shalbrihil!
I am having trouble with the steptracker site as well. Just keep steps tracked on a piece of paper if possible. Hopefully it will be up and running soon

I hope it will be back up, I haven't written my steps in my journal the last 2 weeks prior to it going down, all my records are on the site. not like me. Thanks Jessica! Wish I had their email, maybe we could get an answer.
