Hi everyone!

Yesterday I was hungry and ate more.

Phase 1.5

1 quart water

1 TB natural peanut butter

2 red. fat string cheese
2 egg omelet w/ veggies

3 oz roasted turkey meat

1 cup organic plain yogurt
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
vanilla and stevia
1/4 cup raw cashews

3 oz turkey

veggies
3 oz turkey

1 oz reduced fat cheese
3 oz turkey

Today's menu: Phase 2

Breakfast: 1/2 cantalope with ricotta cheese
Snack:
Lunch: cheese slice with leftover steamed veggies
Snack:
Dinner: hb eggs with spinach salad and 8 oz. nf plain yogurt

No more eating after 7:30 PM.
