Phase one menus???

Hello all...I am about to start the SBD and I am making a gorcery list so when we move into out Apt. I can know what to buy. Can anyone please please send me to a dummy proof site that has phase one recipes??? Thanks so much!!!

We have recipe and menu ideas thread where you can find some phase 1 recipes,

SBD Recipes and Meal Ideas

and we have the phase one food list with sample menus so you can make your grocery list,

PHASE 1 FOOD LIST AND SAMPLE MENU.

We found the easiest thing was to kind of follow the phase 1 menus in the book, like items can be substituted, but they are excellent and will help get you started.
