I'm usually lurking around the Century Club but have just been informed about the group here. YEAH!

I've been doing SBD Phase 1 for the whole week and I'm feeling great - no cravings and not very hungry.

Previously I was on the Whole Foods Plan but stopped losing recently - so it was time for a change.

I'm really in need of support - especially since I've been away from the boards for a few months.

I just found this thread yesterday and I am looking foward to getting to know people and make some new friends. I have not started SB yet because we are moving, but I will start to try and change some of my habits!!!
