Breakfast:

3 egg white omlette
1/4 c. shredded mozz cheese
1 slice multigrain toast w/ ICBINB spray

Snack:

Turkey
Mozz Stick

Lunch:

Southbeach dinner (havent decided)
side salad

Snack:

handful of nuts

Dinner:

Lemon Chicken
Small side salad
Green Beans

Morning!!

Here was my day yesterday:

2 1/2 quarts water

1 TB natural peanut butter

1 string cheese

2 eggs
roasted veggies

16 ounces organic creamy broccoli soup

2 string cheese

3 ounces chicken breast

12 ounces decaf tea w/ stevia

THursday Menu~
Phase 1

B: 3 slices turkey bacon, 1 lf string cheese
L: 6 oz. tuna, 1 T mayo, 1 lf string cheese, peanuts
S: rest of the peanuts I had in my lunch
D: 6 oz. chicken breast, small salad w/carbwell dressing, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/3 cup black beans
Dessert: 1 sf pudding cup
