**Thursday Exercise Post**

Hey you exercising fools! Keep it up! I love to see so much exercise happening! Let us know what you did today and tell us what keeps you motivated to keep exercising- maybe it's your favorite tunes, a picture of a wedding dress (that's mine!), etc.

I did 50 minutes of weightlifting yeterday and am pretty sore but I'm going to get on the treadmill today for 30 minutes. Normally I do an hour but with the soreness I'm going to cut it down. Normally I have a rest day after weights but I don't know if I'll be able to work out this weekend so I want to get them in now.

Denise - I don't even want to post after you girlie! Wow! 50 minutes of weight lifting? I am so impressed!!!!

I did a Firm ab work out this morning. It's called Jiggle Free Abs. It's pretty intense and even though I worked out at 5:30 this morning, my abs are still feeling tight at 3:30 in the afternoon!

What keeps me motivated when I run is my ipod with all my favorite tunes and when I do cardio and weights, what keeps me motivated is the bad way I feel if I don't work out. I can't believe how bad I feel when I skip a day or two so I try not to skip workouts, even if I only get in 30 minutes per day.

Nothing for me today I am still so sore and plus i Have TOM o I was in no mood. I promise tomorrow I will be at the gym. I think I will take Pilates.
