not really, i normally just put some i cant believe its not butter and garlic on them and bake them?

I make these all the time. Marinate for as little as 30 mins to overnight.
Lemon juice, olive oil, fresh garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper. I grill or broil them. As a matter of fact, I'm having these tonight! M |

I always grill them and put some home made salsa on top when they are about done and grill that flavor into them. Now when dong atkins, I dipped into butter or egg and then crushed up pork rinds and baked them for a coating. I can't use the pork rinds anymore for that.
