Morning Y'all!

Seems I'm a "volume eater" compared to y'all!! I eat and eat, but I only eat when I'm hungry and I'm doing better at stopping when satisfied (not full).

Anyway, here's what I had yesterday:

Phase 1.5

1 TB natural peanut butter

string cheese

Luncheon at church:
Fried chicken (removed skin)
green beans
fresh tomatoes, cukes and onion

Rolled up deli turkey breast with string cheese inside - melted

Organic lowfat yogurt and I added vanilla,stevia and fresh blueberries

(hi, I've been low-carbing Atkins' style for over a year now, but am switching over to South Beach starting today! I welcome any comments or hints...thanks!)

B: coffee w/ 1% milk and davinci's, 2 spinach quiche cups
S: EAS protein shake (100 cals, 1g carb, 15g protein)
L: Grilled chicken over salad greens, light balsamic vinaigrette dressing, sf jello cup
S: sf/ff yogurt (Blue Bunny's Lite 85)
D: some kind of meat & veggies probably turkey breast with stewed tomatoes (homemade)
-gonna try that chocolate ricotta creme stuff for dessert, too...we shall see....

Monday menu

Today's menu: Phase 2

Breakfast: oatmeal, uncle sam and some wheat germ strinkled on top
Snack: nf plain yogurt with a little p.butter
Lunch: a large garden salad with white kidney beans
Snack:
Dinner: low fat cottage cheese, coleslaw, tomato and lean hamburger


No more eating after 7:30 PM.

Boy, has it been a while since I've posted these!!! Life just gets in the way sometimes...

Phase 2 Menu for Monday

Breakfast: 2/3 cup yogurt, 1 tablespoon apricot all-fruit spread, a sprinkle of cinnamon, V8 juice.
Snack: 1 string cheese, several large cherry tomatoes
Lunch: 1/2 WW pita stuffed with 4 veggie meatballs w/ 2 tablespoons LC barbeque sauce, lettuce, cheddar cheese, and a tiny bit of mayo. Broccoli salad. (Broccoli, sunflower seeds, veggie bacon, mayo, cider vinegar, Splenda, and a few raisins)
Snack: 2 SF coconut candies, 1 SF peanut butter crunch candy (all Russell Stover) and two cups of tea w/ milk and Splenda
Supper: 1/2 cup refried black beans, salsa, avacado, sour cream and shredded cheese.
Dessert: Mocha (Coffee, milk, cocoa powder and Splenda)

From now on, I am really going to try to get our menu up every day!

D: house salad with ranch and cheese, 6 oz. sirloin with sauteed onions, steamed broccoli spear, 1/2 cup steamed mixed veggies
Dessert: peanut butter cup
