***Monday's Exercise Thread***

Hello! I hope you all had a great weekend and kept moving! Post Monday's exercise here everyone and get ready for a week where you will shake your thing!

Tip: Sneaking Exercise
Get fit or fit everything else in? Getting in shape takes time. Think you don’t have it? Think again! Try these tips to sneak weight loss exercise into your daily routine:

• Do stomach exercises quietly (tense and relax the muscles) at your desk or in a meeting (helps you stay alert!)
• Park farther away and walk
• Household chores provide terrific fitness exercise as you lift, stretch and tone
• Get active with your kids—it’s the best aerobic exercise because you forget you’re doing it!
• Instead of driving to Starbucks (assuming it’s only a few blocks) walk or run—makes that latte taste better!

I'm going to do better this week with the pedometer, I don't have as much out-of-town and party things to do, whew!

Today I did 20 min. on the treadmill and 40 min. weights

Opps I just posted on the other exercise thread. Ok here is mine for today. I did 1 mile on the treadmill and wore my ped all day. Didn't get all that many steps on it but that's because I was in the car way too much. LOL
