Wow the carb count in FRUIT

Ok, i'm stupid here but what's the diff between me eating a cup of grapes (26g of carbs) and a whole wheat muffin at 26g


(i'm still gonna eat fruit but i'm just wonderin)

Fruit is a whole food with a natural occurring sugar - whole wheat muffin is processed whole grains with additives.

Everyone reacts differently to different foods....it's trial and error Liz, good luck!

Besides breads being processed the whole grains are also higher on the GI then fruit.
