I'm sorry I am not familiar with the SB diet. I have always in the past just ordered a pizza loaded with toppings for everyone. Then I just eat the toppings off the crust and enjoy being the dogs best friend for a short while.

When I've been in that situation, I've eaten the topping like wcsis and added a salad.

You can ask the pizza place if they have a 100% ww crust. Sadly, most chains do not.

You can get a veggie-topped pizza, remove the crust and add a salad as was mentioned.

OR, you can order the pizza for your SO and you can make a healthy SBD-friendly pizza at home using ww pita, or ww tortilla or homemade ww pizza crust.

OR, if you can handle it, you can have one piece (small) and count that in your "treat" allowance and be aware it might cause cravings.
