How about what you're having?

I'm having a chicken breast, pounded thin, then topped with a slice of ham and then spread a wedge of laughing cow on top. Roll it up an bake! Yum! I'll have a salad with it.

well it may be 2 am but it's breakfast time for me. I am having chicken salad with grilled chicken and chick peas, lettuce, red onion, homemade blue cheese dressing made with soy milk.

lunch is shrimp/salsa/ black bean salad with a side of smashed cauliflower, with raw carrots as a snack, or a peach. the df is having brown rice with his salad and apple sauce.

I have no idea what dinner will be thats like 12 hours from now lol.

Gosh days like today make me realize why people just buy stuff off the shelves in grocery stores, it took me two hours to prepare two meals and snacks for 2 people.

Thanks Pat....
I took about 3 boneless pork chops and trimmed off fat.
In a large deep pan I took 1 tablesponn of butter and garlic and heated that up. Once that was heated I added some ff chicken broth, salt& pepper, mushrooms, and onion flakes. I place the chops in the pan and simmered it until they were tender and cooked. Sprinkled some grated cheese over it, Yum.
