Otneva Creamer?

I posted this in the Main Lobby but haven't gotten any response, I guess most everybody over there just use heavy cream in their coffee:

Here's what I asked:

Has anybody here used this or heard anything about it? If you have where did you buy it? If you don't know what this is do a google search to find info.
I'm trying to find a better alternative for creamer in my coffee. I've used heavy cream, half and half and also the powdered cream from Expert foods. I don't like using the cold stuff because it cools the coffee down too much and The Expert Foods stuff doesn't dissolve very good and has a funny taste.

I think I was on another SB forum where I saw this mentioned and I started looking for it. I went ahead and ordered some this afternoon.

Thanks
Pam

I can't believe I finally got a response. Thank you!!!

I'll let you know after I get mine. I wanted the canister but didn't want to order a case so I ordered the box of 30 packetsfrom another website.

Pam, I'm so glad you mentioned the creamer, I haven't ever heard of it but I'm sure I've probably used it while on trips and staying at hotels, etc. Please share with us how you like it, I love finding new food items.

i use soymilk....I wont use powdered creamer until they remove the trans fat from it....sometimes I use heavy cream but its really hard on me to drive and hour each way to get unpasturized, unhomengized milk and cream so I don't often use it. I don't tolerate the processing of food like that. I recently found out they pasturized some crab meat and thus why it did weird things to me when I ate it.

I got my order in today so I had to try the creamer out. I made a fresh pot of decaf and poured one packet into, it melted really well (unlike the Real Cream from Expert Foods) and one packet seems to be enough but the taste is a little different, more like with cream instead of Coffemate but still different than that. I really like Coffeemate but I know it is bad so I'm trying to find a better alternative.

The ingredients are this: Skim milk powder, whole milk powder, natural flavors, algin (? dont know what that is yet), vitamins A & D.

Serving Size: 1/2 pkg. (2g)
Calories: 10
Fat: 0
Carbs: <1
Protein: <1

If anybody wants to try this PM me your mailing address and I'll mail you a couple of packets. Each packet has the Nutritional facts printed on it.

After reading the ingredients and tasting it I'm wondering if I couldn't just use a mixture of nonfat dry milk and dry whole milk, both of which I have in the cupboard but just never thought of using in coffee. This will be good to stick a few in my purse so that I don't have to use the creamer offered in restaurants.
