Hey! We're back!

Good morning!

Lots of errands to run today and cleaning the house... I've been volunteered to bake for VBS this year, so it looks at though I'll be baking over 100 Rice Krispie Treats and cupcakes for all the kids attending! I'm actually very excited to do this, because I LOVE to bake!

Going to workout tonight for 90 minutes and then relax!

Hi all!

Didn't eat much yesterday. No gym either. Going to take a Yoga Core class today for some destress!
I also found Laughing Cow light cheese in Sam's! I got 3 wheel for only $7.50 It 's so yummy too. Bought low calorie, sf jello pudding and a case of sf jello.
B-1 egg with cheese, turkey sausage, tom, coffee
S- string cheese, a few pistachio nuts

YAY we are back up and running! Man, I missed you all too! I didn't get a chance to tell you REG My DH and I celebrated 13 years of marriage. We have been together a little over 15 years. I was "really" good ordering on our Anniversary lunch. We went to Logan's Roadhouse, it was great! I had a HUGE Grilled Chicken Salad with Blue Cheese dressing and some peanuts. (they have the peanuts in the shell at the table and you throw the shells on the floor) It was fun!! I am happy this morning to be back at 169.4lbs...I am just keeping my fingers crossed that I can continue to lose and not go up again. Hope you all have a GREAT day!!

Hi

I had my one day cheat of the week already - usually is on Saturday, so it'll be interesting to try and stick to the plan all weekend. My one day cheat thing did work though - down a pound to 129.0.

I didn't even really cheat all that bad - ate well most of day and even for dinner, then .... had some beer. When DH is off I tend to sit around with him, catch up on some of our shows and drink ..... basically I haven't complied with my own "no beer" challenge. It's hard, because it does tend to kick my weight loss in gear to have a few one night a week.

Although now I'm extremely tired and - can't stay up late anymore at my age and I have to remember that I'm not in college anymore and can't handle that much beer.

Wow, how much do i suck? I didnt even realize this forum went down lol..i wasnt here at all yesterday..we went to breakfast, hit up the zoo..shopping..ect.

This morning i hit up the gym.. 330 calories burnt..2 miles walked and 1/2 hour doing arms and legs

What a crappy day . When I got out of the library with the kids I found a flat tire. My mechanic is on my poop list, and I finally called AAA after he didnt show ("I'll be there in 10-15 minutes" he said). It was a long 2+ hours with 2 hungry, bored, and eventally cranky kids (they were good the first hour....we had snacks and played with various toys in the van). The 2nd hour I wanted to cry.

Where are the cookies
