Today's Menu~ Phase 1.5

B: 2 egg omelet with 1/4 cup mozarella cheese, 2 slices turkey bacon, 2 grape tomatoes, 1 cup skim milk
L: house salad with egg/mozarella/bacon bits, ranch dressing
D: 6 oz. tilapia parmesan, 1.5 cups peas, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 2 grape tomatoes
Dessert: peanut butter cup

Menus for Thurs. and Friday

8/11/2005

Today's menu: Phase 2

Breakfast: 2 steamed eggs/2 canadian bacon/ww sourdough toast
Snack:
Lunch: 3 lettuce roll ups stuffed with refried blk. beans topped with reduced fat shredded cheese
Snack:
Dinner: grilled chicken/sm. salad/green beans
Dessert: 1/2 cantalope with low fat ricotta

No more eating after 7:30 PM.

8/12/05

Today's menu: Phase 2

Breakfast: blueberries and nf yogurt
Snack:
Lunch: slice of cheese and carrot chips
Snack:
Dinner: salmon, patty squash and salad

No more eating after 7:30 PM.
