Hi beach babes,
Looks like everyone had a great day, Thanks for the advice as to my midmorning snack. I think I'm gonna just do what Penny and you guys said, call coffee my snack unless I feel I need a little something like a string cheese. I can't see doing a force feed either. So, that's program for me. I had a great day, spent my morning enjoying a share. I gave away, like got rid of , all my 2x, 1x and XL tee shirts - 13 of them I now have size L, that was a great surprise when I saw they fit good again, I don't like my clothing tight, so it was kind of hard to let the larger ones go but I did. Then DD2 came up and she and I girlie shopped this afternoon, got manicures, dollar store bargains and groceries. We had so much fun and don't think I've ever laughed more. We were late getting home and brought the guys in hamburgers and etc. She and I ate program. She does WW but we still work mostly the same food. I think she's getting into SBD and liking it so she is on the border, working out the bad carbs and sugar. I don't pressure her either way, just share my good food with her and she's buying it now too , she's also even looking at sugar counts, etc. We've planned out what food we're taking that's program to a family BBQ this Saturday so we won't have to fret about the food, we can just have a good time. Yah! My DSIL and DBIL who are visiting this weekend are on Atkins so that works great! I'll be leaving out early tomorrow too. I'm going out of town with DDIL and DGS, she and I love exploring.
