Morning!

Well, what usually happens to me is that I make plans, but I usually change them depending on my hunger, blood sugar or time constraints for each day.
SOOOO, to be honest and accountable, I'll start posting what I actually ate the day before, rather than my plan, if that's OK with y'all!

Monday's menu:

2 1/2 qts water
1/2 quart decaf green tea w/stevia

1 TB natural peanut butter

2 eggs
organic baby spinach

Homemade chicken veg soup
(homemade defatted chicken broth, cabbage, tomatoes, spinach, cooked chicken breast, 1 can Rotel)
2 ounces Alpine Lace reduced fat co-jack cheese

2 more small bowls (w/o cheese) spread through the day as snacks.

1 cup homemade organic vegetarian chili
(pintos, crushed tomatoes, salsa, ketchup, vegetarian crumbles)
1 chicken breast
1 ounce part-skim mozzarella

I haven't been posting my menus, because I'm too groggy in the morning to think about anything but coffee. Now I know I can post after-the-fact! Thanks Marvi and MountainGirl!
