*~* Friday and Weekend Menus! *~*
I hope no one minds if I start the weekend menu thread...
Friday Menu P1.5 Breakfast: 1 6oz container Blue Bunny LC Vanilla Yogurt, tea w/milk and Splenda Snack: 15 almonds Lunch: 1 slice Peppridge Farm Dark German Wheat bread w/ pimento cheese, 1/2 cup bean salad, 1/2 cup slaw, 1/4 bar Ross LC chocolate. Snack: V8 juice Supper: Eggplant Parmesean- eggplant dipped in a beaten egg and sprinkled with parmesean w/ Classico Tomato Sauce, and probably a salad. Dessert: ??? I might bake a LC cheesecake... Todays menu: Phase 2
Breakfast: 1/2 a cantalope with lf ricotta cheese inside Snack: Lunch: turkey pastrami and pepper cheese lettuce roll up/d.p Snack: Dinner: turkey burger/green beans/acorn squash No more eating for today. |

Sat B-boiled eggs, celery and V8 L-chicken breast, veggie strips, cottage cheese S-mixed nuts, veggie strips D-blackened Fish (or the cumin kind if Rae finds recipe lol) zucchini, slaw DESSERT-prolly some sugar free jello with skim milk, gonna want something because i giving hubby some beautiful cantelope weep weep Sun B-canadian bacon and eggs, tomatoes, skim milk L-salad with leftover fish and rf swiss S-tomatoes with cottage cheese D-stir fry (steak, chicken, and shrimp with peppers, onions, broccoli, squash, mushrooms, water chestnuts) DESSERT- see above ![]() |

Saturday's P1.5 menu
Breakfast: 1/2 a three egg omelet with avacado, cheese, and onions, coffee (1/2 coffee, 1/2 milk) Lunch: 1 slice Peppridge Farm Dark German Wheat bread, with pimento cheese, cucumber slices, celery sticks with a little bit of peanut butter Snack: Tea, 1/4 Ross LC Chocolate bar. Supper: 1/2 cup black beans, cooked with green pepper, onion, garlic and spices, LF sour cream, guacomole, salsa, 1.5 oz cheese. (Tried making those cheese crisp bowl thingies... I ended up with something of a disaster there, so I just squashed it into a flat "tortilla" sort of a thing )A little bit of left over broccoli salad. Dessert: Nectarine slices, and homemade LC LF chocolate pudding Hugs, Emily Rose

Breakfast: Mock Pancakes (Ricotta, eggs, splenda, cinnamon, vanilla) w/ a tiny bit of butter and all-fruit apricot jelly, tea w/ milk and Splenda Lunch: Bean salad, sliced tomatoes, tea w/ milk and Splenda. Supper: Very large salad at a local restaurant's salad bar! Dessert: Mocha (coffee, milk, cocoa powder, Splenda) and 1/2 Ross LC chocolate bar. Hugs, Emily |
