Has anyone used weight loss supplements?
I swore I would never use these, but have tried a few, used them for a few days, not long enough to see if they worked, felt bad about even buying them and returned them all. Here is a list of "supplements" I've tried:
Cortislim Hydroxycut TrimSpa SlimQuick Lean Balance Finally, Lipo 6-which gave me an irregular heartbeat and was very scary. As I previously stated, I only used each of these for a short time and can't believe I even purchased any of them, even though I got my money back for all of them. After taking Lipo 6, I decided "never again" and I don't want to take some pill when I don't need to. South Beach, water, exercise and daily support work all by themselves.I was just wondering if anyone else had ever tried them. I feel like a bad girl for even bringing it up. ![]()

I just finished trying/using the Herbalife Total Control supplement (I have a friend who is a consultant). I'm not going to say it didn't work, but I don't want to spend the rest of my life taking a pill to keep me from eating.
I have to learn how to eat proper amounts on my own without help. That is just my opinion. |

About 2 years ago, I tried a couple Hydroxycut without ephedra, and few Trimspa, couldn't stand the way they made me feel, all jittery and my scalp like itched. Strange feeling.
I've only taken one, like 1, pill that was prescription back in the 80's and thought I was going to climb the wall, gave the rest of them to my Mom. I weighed 125 tops then, now I wonder what my Dr. and I were thinking? Any of you remember the little square diet square candy like thing called Ayds? Mom and I took those too, what a laugh now. I agree, no pills for me either, just going to work the way I eat with SBD. I can honestly say that I haven't ever found a plan of eating that I'm more satisfied with than SBD and I'm learning all I can about it. I plan on this being a way of life. |
