B: Uncle Sam cereal w/sliced strawberries and 1% milk, V8 S: cheese stick L: salad w/grilled chicken S: sf jello D: ? maybe a turkey burger Things could change - I'm feeling pretty yucky today...(TOM is coming and messes me up for the few days before... ) |

Sorry I haven't posted our menu lately, but we've either had some rather, well, shall we say Phase 4.5 foods, (didn't want to lead anyone else astray
)or I've been soooo busy... Anyway, P1.5 Breakfast: 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 tomato, coffee (1/2 cup coffee, 1/2 cup milk) Snack: 1oz nuts Lunch: 1 Carb Countdown yogurt smoothie Snack: More coffee, 1/4 Ross LC chocolate bar- delicious! Supper: 2 large portabello mushrooms, sauteed with garlic, fresh herbs and sundried tomatoes, topped with 1/2 tablespoon parmesean and 1/4 cup Classico four cheese alfredo sauce... WOW!!! Dessert: 16 small red grapes, 1/4 Ross LC chocolate bar Hugs, Emily
