Here's where I can shine---early menu planning is my hobby!!! I could tell you all about my meals for the rest of the week, but I'll just save them and keep you in suspense.
Wed--(had to flipflop breakfast and early snack due to nausea) S-v8 and celery B-spinach, boiled ham, cheese, and onion quiche L-salad (romaine, kidney beans, onion, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, cottage cheese or mozzerella), leftover chicken S-skim milk, veggie strips, maybe some nuts (but if i don't finish my lunch salad, i'll just eat the rest of that with the milk) D-burger patty,zucchini with tomatoes and onions, green salad with olive oil, skim milk |

Breakfast: Uncle Sam cereal with 1% milk Snack: Lunch: 2 lettuce rollups and dill pickle Snack: Dinner: pork steak, acorn squash and asperagus No more eating for today. |

Day 15, Still trying to do phase 1 B: 2 eggs, 4 slices turkey bacon, Crystal Light L: 2 lf string cheese, 4 slices ff turkey breast, 1 carb control yogurt, 15 almonds, Crystal Light S: 4 oz. roast beef D: 4 oz. chicken breast, salad with ranch and lf mexican cheese, 1/3 cup black beans, 1/2 cup lf cottage cheese Dessert: small glass of red wine and 1/2 cup sugar free/fat free pudding |
