Determined to make it.

Hello,
I am very new to this (not sb) but to this group, I have spent alot of time reading and learning sooo much from you all, and wanted to say thanks.

I do however need to come clean, I have been doing badly (by my own poor choices), and had to get it out. My cheating and poor willpower has been so bad. I'm a big emotional eater with all the hardships that are to tied it. I know I must become more involved with others to make this work, so I was wanting to become a member of your awesome group.

I need to make myself accountable to make this work. I look foward to making new friends.

Sincerely,
trulygrateful

truly! Glad to have you with us. Just jump right in the water's fine.

I've been eating this way for 2 years now and have lost all desire for the wrong carbs and fats. It has given me a large weight loss along with straightening out my health. I was a diabetis 2/high blood pressure gal and on a bunch of medications instead of re-educating my eating habits. Now I'm at peak health and no sign of diabetis. I love this way of eating and I know you will too.

You will find great support here. I know you will have success eating this way.

Truly, you just warm my heart.

I understand. We've all been there and like I said to one of the other members, I guess as long as we breathe we'll be facing issues. It sure is easier to have a special group to share with and I'm glad you chose us!

I'm going on over to Monday check in to give you a big welcome to the group, we'd love to have you join us there.

Glad you made it to SBD, we all have problems sometimes. It's all good, tomorrow is a new day, and a chance at a new start.

I find that if i own up to what i've done, i have a better chance of starting over. When i keep it to myself and make it a 'secret' then i tend to fail. You're doing great sweetie *hugz*

Hi,

Where do I begin, well I must thank each and everyone of you from the bottom of my heart, your support and kind words have made this a great day for me, how do I ever thank-you enough.

I have followed Day1 of Phase 1 diet, with no cheating, yes the tempations have been there but I told myself "No".

Did swim for an hour ( moderate swimming).

Tomorrow I will post my diet, exercise and progress on the right threads.

Thank you again, you have made my day !!!

Congrats for starting! I to am such an emotional eater and feel totally "tied" to food! This has been such a struggle for me. I too am just getting started....again. I have been taking medicine for 6 months now for Diabetes. I have 2 daughters 6 and 4 I need to be around for. This is such a struggle for me, but everyone here is so great. I just need to remain positive...OH wait, is this about me or you?? LOL Good Luck! You can do it!
