I have the South Beach Diet cookbook and it is worth every penny. I am not familiar with The Good Carb Cookbook, but I'm sure it's worth it too. Let us know how it is when you get it - I'd love to know what you think.

Stacy,

I am thinking of ordering the cookbook as well. You will have to let me know what you think of it.

I just ordered the handbook for southbeach (the smaller more recent version). I hope it will be worth it. I don't own the regular version, just checked it out from the library, so I thought it would be nice to own one as a reference.

I have the Good Carb Cookbook - it's ok. I haven't used it a ton, but that's because I haven't been doing as much cooking as I should be - one of my newly formed goals - COOK MORE! I don't have the SBD cookbook, but am interested in knowing what it's like...

I have the South Beach cookbook. It has what looks like good recipes but I have just never taken the time out to try any of them

I really like Sandra Woodruff's approach to eating. I have the book you're referring to and I also have "The best kept secrets to healthy eating." I use them ALOT!
