***Menus~~~Friday, and weekend~~~July 22, 23 and 24***

I had forgotten Tracy said she wouldn't be back until Monday.....

Friday menu.......

B....1/2 c yogurt w benefiber
L.....3 oz deli turkey, 1/2 c garbanzo beans, coleslaw
S.....2 oz pastrami, wedge of lite laughing cow cheese
D.....out to dinner, had a "more" meal, ....
boiled shrimp, fried fish, coleslaw, 3 hushpuppies

Where's the whoosh fairy?

1 diet dr. pepper vanilla cherry

village salad
S: coffee with noni, soy milk, splenda
1 diet dr. pepper
cheese cubes with blue cheese
water
D dunno yet fridge is nearly empty tomorrow is grocery night this week.

compared to 3 2 liters of soda a day 2 small sodas good, aiming for one, then none again.

B, boiled egg, tomato, 1/2 c lf cottage cheese
L, 3 oz deli turkey, boiled egg, salad, cuke
S, 2 oz pastrami, wedge lite laughing cow cheese
D, 2 fish filets, coleslaw, 1/2 c beans, 1/2 c ss ff yogurt

Saturday's menu

Todays menu: Phase 2

Breakfast: scrambled eggs/v8 juice
Snack:
Lunch: ww. pita stuffed with lean turkey, swiss, slaw and topped with alpha sprouts/ leftover cooked zucchini
Snack:
Dinner: turkey burger, converted rice, salsa, and fresh patty squash/half of a cantalope

No more eating for today.

Phase 1.5-ish

Friday Menu:

Breakfast: Mock French Toast, 2 veggie bacon strips, 1 cup tea w/ milk and
Splenda
Lunch: 1/2 oz cheese, V-8 Juice (more of a snack, I know, but breakfast
was really late! )
Snack: 1 oz mixed cashews and almonds, mocha (Coffee, milk, cocoa powder,
Splenda)
Supper: 1 veggie chicken patty, cole slaw, green bean salad (Green beans,
tomato, cheese, veggie bacon bits, balsamic vinegar dressing. )
Dessert: 1 Breyers LC fudge ice cream bar, more mocha...


Saturday Menu:

Breakfast: Egg Salad on lettuce, tea w/ milk and Splenda
Snack: 1 string cheese, V-8 Juice
Lunch: 3/4 cup bean salad on lettuce, 1/2 tomato, tea w/ milk and Splenda, 1
SF truffle. (Russell Stover)
Snack: 1/2 Snickers Low Carb Marathon Bar
Supper: Salad bar at a local restaurant.
Dessert: ??? Either a SF truffle, or a LC ice cream bar...

B: 2 egg omelet, green peppers, 1 slice canadian bacon, Crystal Light
S: 1 lf string cheese
L: 4 oz. sirloin steak, small caesar salad
D: 8 oz. sirloin steak, 1 cup green beans, small side salad with Ranch dressing
S: almonds...too many
I know...2 steaks in one day...I ate out for one meal, so I guess that is my excuse.

B: 1 Mcdonald's sausage, egg, and cheese McGriddle minus the breading portion (away from home)
L/D: 1 cup green beans, 6 oz. chicken breast, 1 oz. pulled pork, 1/3 cup broccoli salad

Boy is it hard to eat sometimes when you are not at home! Had a wedding this weekend and did the best I could. Talk to you all in the morning!

Phase 1.5 Sunday Menu:

Breakfast: Mock Crepes w/ 1 TBSP LF sour cream, 1/2 tablespoon apricot jelly, 1/2 tablespoon strawberry jelly, (both the "all fruit" kind")
Snack: V-8 Juice
Lunch: Homemade Ginger Soup (Veggie broth, ginger, garlic, onion, broccoli, celery, carrot, tofu, mushrooms...) Cottage Cheese w/ Splenda and Cinnamon.
Snack: Mocha (Coffee, Milk, Cocoa Powder, Splenda)
Supper: 1 veggie patty, large spinach salad w/ feta cheese, olives, sliced boiled egg, almonds, balsamic vinagrette.
Dessert: Probably a LC Ice cream bar... It's time to make another batch of "legal" desserts!

D: salad with 3 slices ff turkey, carbwell ranch, lf mozzarella cheese, 1/3 cup black beans, 5 pieces celery with ff cream cheese, 1/2 cup cottage cheese
Dessert: peanut butter cup

Todays menu: Phase 2

Breakfast: 2 eggs, cooked patty squash and nf van. yogurt
Snack:
Lunch: ww. pita stuffed with slaw and lean turkey, pepper jack slice/dill pickle
Snack:
Dinner: grilled chicken breast/summer squash/converted rice

No more eating for today.
