How much weight did you lose in Phase 1?

I have lost 4.2 lbs so far, I have another 2 days before I've officially finished 2 weeks induction.

I have lost 4.8 lbs - this Monday (7/25) will be the end of my 2 weeks.

My official weigh in day is Monday, but I lost 4 lbs the first week. This week I have lost 1.5 so far. I'll post again at the end of phase 1. Great poll!
