Phase 1 again
I have made up my mind to do phase 1 again for about a week. I have been reading about the 1.5 phase that some of you did and it sounds good. I'm going to try that after phase 1. I'm just so disappointed at myself for screwing up. I always do this at the begining, and then I give up. I'm not giving up this time beacause I know I can do it.

Way to go Kathy. I am starting phase 1 over again today. I am mainly doing it just to get some of the bad that I have ate over the month out of my system. I just feel I need to do this.
