What about ice cream?

What does everyone think about Breyers Cal Smart, and for which phases (I'm at the tale end of Ph I now)? I've posted the nutrition info below. The fat is lowish, there is no sugar, and it's less cals than the "ricotta cream" (I'm pretty tired of that now...). The sugar is a little higher than the 3 g recommended, but some of that could be from the milk, right?

1/2 c serving
70 cals
3 g fat
14 g carb
4 fiber
4 g sugar
6 g sugar alcohol
