Found something new

the other day at the grocery store. My youngest daughter doesn't drink fruit juices because well they are high in natural sugars and some even have dyes in them and she can't have it. I am always on the look out for things that she can enjoy other than water and we ran across the Welch's Low Cal Apple Cranberry juice. It's sweetened with splenda and is very good. I just wanted to share that. Here is the nutritional values for 1 bottle (10 fl. oz)

Calories: 15
Total fat: 0
Sodium: 10 mg
Potassium: 30 mg
Total Carb: 3 g.
Sugars: 2 g.
Protein: 0 g
Vitamin C: 10%

Does your DD have a reaction to the dyes?

What are your feelings about giving sweetners like Splenda, Nutrasweet, etc. to children ?

The only sweetner I give my daughter is Splenda. I just feel that is the safest one. She normally doesn't eat anything with regular sugar in it and on the most part not much splenda either.

what about juicing for her? I love juiced oranges but will not touch oj in a store. When I found out they pasturized it made all the diff. In the world. It's a shame the doc. didn't get that way back in 1996-99. He figured out I can't drink OJ or Milk but thought I was allergic to the product not the PROCESS...When they kill food like milk I cannot eat it.
