B- 2 egg omelette w/spinach, onions, mushrooms & part-skim mozzarella cheese S- 1/2c cottage cheese L- 1/2 of a whole SL BL chicken breast w/spinach S- s/f jello cup w/1T FF cool whip D- 1 whole SL BL chicken breast cut into strips and cooked with peppers & onions over lettuce w/sour cream & salsa |

No AM snack Lunch: 1/2 grilled chicken breast w/basil & oregano, 1 sliced roma tomato w/3 slices of fresh mozzarella, a little OO drizzled over top w/fresh pepper and basil MMMM! |

Todays menu: Phase 2
Breakfast: blueberries and Uncle Sam cereal Snack: no am snack Lunch: turkey and swiss lettuce/with coleslaw and dill pickle Snack: skipped it Dinner: Large salmon salad with as many veggies I can get into it. No more eating for today. |
