Thursday Menus (7/21)

Phase 1

B- 2 egg omelette w/spinach, onions, mushrooms & part-skim mozzarella cheese
S- 1/2c cottage cheese
L- 1/2 of a whole SL BL chicken breast w/spinach
S- s/f jello cup w/1T FF cool whip
D- 1 whole SL BL chicken breast cut into strips and cooked with peppers & onions over lettuce w/sour cream & salsa

menu update:

No AM snack

Lunch: 1/2 grilled chicken breast w/basil & oregano, 1 sliced roma tomato w/3 slices of fresh mozzarella, a little OO drizzled over top w/fresh pepper and basil

My Thursday Menu~

Todays menu: Phase 2

Breakfast: blueberries and Uncle Sam cereal
Snack: no am snack
Lunch: turkey and swiss lettuce/with coleslaw and dill pickle
Snack: skipped it
Dinner: Large salmon salad with as many veggies I can get into it.

No more eating for today.

Menu today: ETA: Phase 2

B....boiled egg, v8
S....1/2 c ff ss yogurt, T wheat germ
L....3 oz chicken breast, 1/2 c beans, coleslaw
no snack
D....4 oz chicken breast, 2 T velveeta dip, 1/2 c beans, coleslaw

No eating after 7:30

S: 1 lf string cheese
L: 6 oz. broiled tilapia parmesan, 1.5 cups steamed broccoli, small garden salad with carbwell caesar dressing and lf mexican cheese
D: 1 cup cottage cheese, 3 thin cut slices of lf chicken breast, 3 whole tomato slices
