Here's my Wednesday Menu
Todays menu: Phase 2
Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs with cooked brocoli Snack: mini carrots raw with humus dip Lunch: 2 lettuce rollups which had lean turkey slice, swiss cheese and avacado Snack: string cheese or a little lf cottage cheese Dinner: cod and summer squash from our garden No more eating for today. |
