L: Lettuce wraps (leftover tenderloin, nonfat cheese, Koops mustard)
S: Lo Carb Blue Bunny Yogurt w/blueberries
D: Tacos - spiced ground turkey on lettuce w/low fat sour cream, nonfat shredded cheese, 1/8 cup of chopped raw onion - OLE!

L: leftover beef stroganoff over 1/2 cup of long grain converted rice and 1 cup of cherries
S: 8 whole cashews
D: pork chop with broccoli and cheese and cherries for dessert

s: 1/2 red pepper, 5 green beans, 2 oz lean ground turkey, soy sauce

l: 1 homemade flax seed bun, 3 oz lean roast beef, 1 thin slice provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato

s: 1 cup homemade ff yogurt, 10 blueberries, sweetener

d: 6 oz steamed tilapia, 20 string beans

s: 8 oz ff milk, sf chocolate syrup

Here's my Wednesday Menu

Todays menu: Phase 2

Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs with cooked brocoli
Snack: mini carrots raw with humus dip
Lunch: 2 lettuce rollups which had lean turkey slice, swiss cheese and avacado
Snack: string cheese or a little lf cottage cheese
Dinner: cod and summer squash from our garden

No more eating for today.

L...3 oz cajun blackened chicken breast, asparagus, OO
S...1/2 c hummus, asparagus
D...3 oz lean hamburger patty, Nature's Own 100% whole wheat sf hamburger bun
veggies, dill pickle,
4 T velveeta cheese/rotel dip

Kitchen closed at 7:00 tonight.
