Another 3 pounds down for me this week. I have been a very good girl! I had to watch my husband eat Burger King, Dairy Queen, Pizza, Subs, OMG but I stayed on the Beach. It paid off, he gained a pound and I lost 3! That's 23 pounds all together since June 6th. I am very happy with the eating plan. Just thought I'd let everyone know I was still here!
