b: 2 eggs, 1 plum tomato s: 1 cup vegetable juice l: 5 cups lettuce, 1 lean turkey patty crumbled with 1/2 cup black beans, 2 TBS salsa and 2 TBS lf sour cream, 1 plum tomato, ff shredded cheddar s: sliced red pepper, raw green beans with vinegar/sweetener/soy sauce dip, sf jello cup d: 1 cup lf homemade chili (lean ground turkey, red beans, tomato sauce) 3 cups lettuce with tomato, Walden Farms dressing, 1 cup skim milk s: 1 cup homemade ff yogurt with sweetener--possibly 1/4 cup blueberries Last edited by mre : 07-12-2005 at 07:55 AM. |

My menu was good today- Phase 2, I really like 1.5.....but the schedule left a lot to be desired but I ate when I was hungry and still had points left.
B, boiled egg, 6 grape tomatoes L, 3 oz chicken, steamed squash, spinach w mushrooms, coffee w ff half and half S, 2 oz pastrami w wedge of lite laughing cow cheese prior to workout S, another snack after the workout and grocery store trip: 1 oz mexican Velvetta with leftover coleslaw D, salad w 1/2 c garbanzo beans, a little turkey and 1 T Vidallia Ranch dressing Kitchen is closed..... |
