Tuesday Menu (July 12)

Phase 1 - STRICT!

B- scrambled egg w/ham and 2% cheese, coffee w/ff half and half & hazelnut davinci's, can of V8
S- cottage cheese
L- grilled chicken salad w/ranch dressing
S- s/f jello
D- grilled chicken breast & green beans
Des- s/f popsicle maybe...

b: 2 eggs, 1 plum tomato
s: 1 cup vegetable juice
l: 5 cups lettuce, 1 lean turkey patty crumbled with 1/2 cup black beans, 2 TBS salsa and 2 TBS lf sour cream, 1 plum tomato, ff shredded cheddar
s: sliced red pepper, raw green beans with vinegar/sweetener/soy sauce dip, sf jello cup
d: 1 cup lf homemade chili (lean ground turkey, red beans, tomato sauce) 3 cups lettuce with tomato, Walden Farms dressing, 1 cup skim milk
s: 1 cup homemade ff yogurt with sweetener--possibly 1/4 cup blueberries

My menu was good today- Phase 2, I really like 1.5.....but the schedule left a lot to be desired but I ate when I was hungry and still had points left.

B, boiled egg, 6 grape tomatoes
L, 3 oz chicken, steamed squash, spinach w mushrooms, coffee w ff half and half
S, 2 oz pastrami w wedge of lite laughing cow cheese prior to workout
S, another snack after the workout and grocery store trip:
1 oz mexican Velvetta with leftover coleslaw
D, salad w 1/2 c garbanzo beans, a little turkey and 1 T Vidallia Ranch dressing

Kitchen is closed.....

My menu for Tuesday~

Todays menu: Phase 2

Breakfast: oatmeal/pb
Snack: blueberries
Lunch: lettuce rollups with blueberries
Snack: humus dip and carrots/red pepper
Dinner: grilled chicken and summer squash from our garden

No more eating for today.
