(¯`'•§*!*All I Want For Christmas Challenge*!**§•'´¯)

Good morning to all.......

I found this quote at ediets which I thought was motivating....

***
Only YOU can move you
Only YOU can feel you
Only YOU can live you
Only YOU can change you

***

End of week 1 for me, I stayed the same, 164, but feel good about it as I was up 2 lbs yesterday from the mystery thing called sodium.....

I'm also so happy to say that I've just completed my 21st week of my night eating curfew! --no eating after 7:30 p.m.
***
All are welcome to join in and we hope you do, let's motivate each other, report our weight loss, exercise, thoughts, whatever moves us toward goal.

I'm not going to include all the info, it can be found at this link:

(¯`'•__§*!*All I Want For Christmas Challenge*!* 25 weeks 'til the 25th*§__•'´¯)

Let's have a good one!

I have just re-started SBD today, and would love to join your Christmas Challenge!

My original goal was to reach 150lbs by my birthday (Dec. 2nd) but would like to extend my goal though Christmas.

My goal is to buy myself a pair of size 8 jeans for Christmas

OK folks - I'm ready to start the "All I Want For Christmas Challenge" !!!

I start today at 151.5... My goal is to get down to 130 by Christmas. That's 20 pounds, and I know that's a lot - but I really think this is possible now. If you'd asked me this prior to SBD, I'd probably have laughed in your face. But now that I see that SBD is a really livable eating plan, I know that it's possible. I really want to be in a size 6 by Christmas. I know that's asking a lot b/c of my body type but I really think I can do it. I discovered the magic of pilates not too long ago and I swear by it. It really makes a difference when you're trying to lose inches as much as the pounds.

We can do this you guys!

Hello Everyone, I have had a great week and staying true to no eating after dinner. Yah for me as that is a big one and It's working great with that being one of my challenges. It has sure made me stronger in holding on and not back sliding on that one. Didn't weigh this morning because I don't want to have that become an obsession. I know I'm ok as I'm eating according to the plan.

I'm looking forward to Christmas and giving myself my present. Have a nice evening everyone. Keep up the great job!

Happy Tuesday to my fellow challengers!

Sounds like everything is going great!

I'm am so motivated, as much so as when I began the O challenge, I can see goal and I want it bad. 4 lbs and I'll be in the 150's, yah!

Eating is good, looks like I've lost another lb but won't claim it until Monday, no thunderstorms today so I should be able to get out and get the exercise in.

So I think that's where I'll stay, and use that to begin the challenge. I sureeeeee hope it works for me this time. I was doing "God's Diet." Where you can eat anything pulled from the ground, picked from a tree, or killed. I dunno. But I do know I want to do this challenge. So I'll have to stop eating my baked potatoes for a while I guess.

Current weight: 201

Goals to maintain:
Drink at least 64oz water daily...starting tomorrow!
Exercise at least three times weekly (especially when you don't have class)
Limit brown rice to maybe three times a week
Try to be happy about who you are now
Check in to the SB Board once daily

I guess that's it.

Thanks for creating the challenge Marvi! I can't wait until Christmas now!!

Blessings,

Passion, hope it's okay if I move your post too, it was right before we began the new week!

I had a good afternoon, finally got to the gym and did 30 min on the treadmill and 20 min on the machines. Tomorrow and Thursday will be busier as I'll have my dsg.

Just for the record guys, I decided to walk around the block also to get my 10,000 + steps in for the day.

ETA: I got sidetracked and didn't get to finish the post.

Anyway, I was out watering my tomato plants and it was so pleasant, I thought what the hay, I've been lax this week in getting all the steps in so off I went and it was fun even if a dog wanted to get me. IMHO, I consider the ability to do this exercising as a gift and I sometimes forget how lucky I am.

hey

I want to join this challenge. I've been away from SB for the last 2 1/2 months. I started again yesterday. Right now I weigh like 183. I'm not sure of my goal weight yet. I just wanted to say hi and commit myself to this.

I think I will join in on this thread. I would like to be down 20 pounds by Christmas. Some of my goals:
-To stick to this WOE because I love how I feel on it
-To stick to my exercising because somehow somewhere I found some amazing energy and it is almost creeping me out and making me wonder if I am still the same me
-Drink lots and lots of water!
-Try on wedding dresses

Hi marvi,

It's nice being back. I still haven't decided what my goals should be. I just need to get back into things.

Great grateful... and

I didn't list everything last week, just used a link, glad you asked! We have really been dedicating ourselves this year to not self-defeat - self-destruct again but rather to give it our all to get off the merry-to-round of lose-gain, etc and get to goal.

**********************************
(¯`'•__§*!*All I Want For Christmas Challenge*!* 25 weeks 'til the 25th*§__•'´¯)

All I Want For Christmas" Challenge!!!!

Several of us beachers want to copy-cat the Christmas Challenge in the Century Challenge since we think it's such a great idea and post on the SBD board for conveniece now... and then carry it on through until Christmas after the 4th Countdown Challenge is over, also, we could keep incorporaating those steps in this one for added support!.......

~~~
So..ask yourself this:
Do you want to give yourself something REALLY special for Christmas this year? Good! ...You deserve it!
It's simple...the challenge will run through to Christmas Day
The hope here is that we will all see wonderful changes in ourselves by the end of this 6 months. I would encourage all participants to pick a personal 6 month goal too...one that
you keep to yourself and then surprise everyone with at the end...your christmas present to you!
Quoting Dr.Phil....
"Don't just set vague goals like, "I want to lose some weight." Be specific: How much weight do you want to lose? How do you want to feel? Close your eyes and visualize yourself after you've reached those goals. Use this visualization to feel commitment and inner strength.
Be sure to move toward a positive goal, not just away from being fat. Every step you take will bring you closer to being who you want to be.
Good luck.......a new challenge thread will be posted tomorrow morning, hope glad you're joining in. Hope you can join in our our daily check in too!
