~~~Menus ~ Friday, Saturday and Sunday~~~July 8, 9, and 10th

I couldn't find the menu thread for today so just did one to include the weekend.

Friday, phase 2

B, boiled egg, cherry tomatoes
L, pastrami, small salad
D, fish, slaw, 1/2 peach

Todays menu: Phase 2

Breakfast: oatmeal/pb
Snack: cantalope
Lunch: tuna salad lettuce roll up/dill pickle
Snack: blueberries
Dinner: grilled chicken/brn. rice with chives/summer squash

No more eating for today.

b: oat groats and quinoa with agave nectar and cinnamon and watered down cream
water (gave me tons of energy but did not last long)
coffee with splenda and watered down cream
s: piece of big sky bread with agave and cinnamon, fried cheese
l: crab, shrimp, carrot, onion, raw cabbage, fish sauce, braggs aminos, tamari, mayo, and dulse salad
water
d: 2 topps kabobs (for premade food these are good 8 bucks for 6 at super walmart)
fried cheese and horseradish sauce (horseradish grated, sour cream, mayo)

and more coffee....le sigh....

Saturday - Phase 2

B, boiled egg, grape tomatoes
L, grilled turkey sausage, slaw
S, peanuts, 1/2 peach
D, blackened shrimp, 1/2 c fresh peas, tomatoes, cukes, slaw......sounds kind of boring but it all tasted good, ate way more today than usual.

Kitchen is closed

Here's mine for Saturday~

Todays menu: Phase 2

Breakfast: 2 eggs/2 canadian bacon/1 whole grain e. muffin
Snack: blueberries
Lunch: lettuce roll up (cheese and tomato)
Snack: raw carrots/string cheese
Dinner: grilled beef/sweet potato/veggies

No more eating for today.

ended up with
water
coffee with cream and splenda
b+l small salad with 10 wings
1 diet pepsi with lime (arg)
1 diet rock star energy drink (arg)
d: the inside of a roast beef sub from royal farms.....(arg)
diet coke/caff free diet coke mix from fountain
more more water as well
well no headache anymore.....but toooo much soda....oy...what a mess my df thinks it's something else in soda and not the caffiene giving me migraines when I quit....I dunno. I guess I am just going to have to tough out the headaches....
