Here's my menu for Wednesday

Todays menu: Phase 2

Breakfast: old fashioned oatmeal
Snack: blueberries
Lunch: large garden salad/dill pickle
Snack: some ricotta cheese
Dinner: pork chops/zucchini/brn. rice/sliced tomato

No more eating for today.

Start Date: 12/01/03 - restart 11/01/08 (down 6.2!)
My phase 2/phase 3 menu:

B: whole wheat cereal with a sprinkle of raisins
S: no morning snack
L: leftover beef stroganoff with a small nectarine
S: 8 cashews
D: chicken breast, broccoli with cheese sauce and 1/2 cup of long grain converted rice and a sugar free sundae for dessert

Thanks for putting up the thread Sharon!

I'm late posting, kiddos hung around for a fun time tonight for my birthday.

B, boiled egg, cherry tomatoes
L, 1/2 broiled chicken breast, 1/2 avocada, tomato, small salad
D, chicken fajitas, 1/2 c refried beans, small salad

I didn't get any planned exercise in today, busy getting things unpacked, going to grocery store in between being online, lol, and then dinner tonight with dh and the kiddos, what fun! I bought a tape that was made of the cruise; dgs, ddil and I were in it, they loved seeing that. I got in around 4600 steps do far, haven't done so great.
