4th of July Weekend Menus
didnt see one so here goes...
phase 1 Friday still eating kinda wierd.. with the stomach thing.. breakfast lots of tea and turkey,cheese roll ups lunch more tea beanless turkey chili snack small cup of split pea soup dinner grilled turkey ham, sprouts and green beans snack sf jello |

Todays menu: Phase 2
Breakfast: old fashioned oatmeal/pb Snack: strawberries Lunch: turkey/swiss cheese lettuce roll ups and dill pickle Snack: none (lunch was too late) Dinner: grilled chicken/broccoli, cauliflower, carrot steamed/sweet potato Bought my pedometer today so will start using in daily. It will be fun seeing just how much I walk each day. No more eating for today. Thanks Mia for starting this up today. Welcome back! It's great to see you again! I find posting my menu really helps me keep accountable. Have a nice 4 th. |

Good Saturday Morning!
Due to my crashing blood sugar I have been advised to go straight to phase 2 of this program. so heres what my day will look like: Breakfast 2 eggs, 2 turkey bacon. snack 1 apple and 1 laughing cow cheese lunch split pea soup with turkey ham snack sf ff yogurt/ V 8 dinner roasted chicken thighs, salad and green beans that should put me close to 1200 calories. Going over for BBQ at my inlaws- B---V8, handful of cheddar gold fish (I am getting over the flu and the thought of eggs right now is making me gag) L----tuna fish, sugar snap peas D---steak, grilled shrimp skewers, broccoli S--SF homemade banana cream pie |
