Exercise Thread for Thursday, June 30

Okay guys, it's the last day of June. It's time to start thinking about our exercise routines for July. I plan to add more jogging. I'm going to attempt to do the couch to 5k program although I'm having a hard time finding a third day to jog but I'll do it. What are you doing to up your game in July? Maybe give it some thought.

This morning I tried a new Firm work out called Express Total Body Muscle Shaping with Pam Meriwether as the instructor. She is probably my least favorite Firm instructor (because she is normally so brutual and shows no mercy) but I really liked her in this one. My body feels more taunt and tight this morning than it has felt in a while. There are some side crunches you do with the sculpting stick that she promises you'll feel sore the next day if you do them right so we'll see how I feel tomorrow when I get up for my jog! I'm really busy at work today but if I can take a lunch, I'll definitely get in at least a mile power walk and maybe even 2 miles if I can spare the time.

So what did you do today or what are you doing today to move your body? We wanna here from you!

I'm really contemplating some Tae Bo bootcamp this morning...I just want to wait until the repair guy comes to fix some things around here, before really getting into a workout tape. I'm still planning on heading to the gym tonight for either arms or legs. I really just have to take it easy on the running until the 4th, and do different cardio, plus some other leg strengthening stuff. Maybe one more 1 miles run, and that's it.

I've been paying for Curves for 8 months and have gone twice. I suppose I could get my butt in there.
