Daily Menu Thread (Thursday, June 30)

Phase 2 menu:

B- 2 scrambled eggs with onions, red peppers, cherry tomatoes, broccoli & 2% cheddar
S- 2 100% whole wheat crackers w/1 wedge laughing cow lite cheese
L- leftover chicken breast (coated in parmesan cheese) w/cauliflower
S- 5 strawberries w/FF coolwhip
D- turkey burger w/cauliflower
des- dunno...

last night as my "dessert" I had an iced sugar free hazelnut skim latte from Starbucks w/2packs of splenda - OMG, it was SO good! Might do that again!

Start Date: 12/01/03 - restart 11/01/08 (down 6.2!)
Phase 2/Phase 3 menu:

B: whole wheat cereal with a sprinkle of raisins
S: a nectarine
L: beef stroganoff with 1/2 cup of long grain converted rice and a nectarine
S: 8 cashews
D: leftover whole wheat spaghetti and an Atkins bar or some cherries for dessert

Traci - your dessert last night sounds yummy. I'll have to give that one a try!

UPDATE - lunch changed- didn't have time to go home and fix my stuff. Had to grab a grilled chicken salad w/ranch dressing. Also didn't get to fix my strawberries since I didn't get to go home. So snack will be peanuts.

s - sm. bowl yogurt
b - three turkey breakfast links and one egg beater egg
l - huge salad w/fat free, low sugar dressing
d - chicken & veggie stir fry
s - a few handfuls of popcorn

S: 1T of peanut butter
L: can of water packed tuna (drained), 6 cucumber slices cut in half, 1T of light mayo and quarter cup of raw onion.
S: NONE
D: Tacos - minus the shell, (ground turkey, lettuce, onion, sour cream and a tiny bit of salsa)
