PMS and Lo Carb/SBD Question

What do you girls do when you are PMS'ing while on the South Beach Diet? Do your "cravings" ever get the best of you, or how do you handle it? Any good tips you would be willing to share??

I just started the SBD with a splash of my own ideas and I'm finding the cravings getting hard to control, but I am by drinking a ton of water!

I enjoy a bowl of my favorite no sugar added ice cream which is called chocolate peanut butter crunch with mini sugar free peanut cups in it. Yummy! Or I go to this homemade candy shop and buy several pieces of sugar free truffles to enjoy. We can also enjoy a piece of dark chocolate on the plan so in a pinch I will get have a piece or two if I am really pms'ing. Hope this helps!

ETA: Welcome to the Beach Renee!!!

For the first few months, I didn't indulge at all. I was conscious of it, and afraid if I did I wouldn't stop eating. A little more into it, I made my secret craving killer, a tablespoon or two of cream cheese, one tablespoon of sugar free peanut butter and some lite whipped cream. stirred together. It's heavenly! Now I find most of my PMS symptoms are gone, not near as bad as they used to be.
