Good morning!! Water was good yesterday, which i'm happy about...because lately it hasn't been. Last night's workout was good, but I'm feeling shin splints again. I wonder if the airfield run was too much. Anyway, off to some meetings and errands today.
watermelon: thanks for starting us up! |

Wow - sure is quiet around here today. Can hardly believe that there's not more going on. Had a bad night last night
DH decided he was going to surprise me on where he wanted to go to dinner - he pulls up to the Chinese buffet - DIET WRECKER! I did OK I guess - no rice, no noodles, nothing battered. I had mostly veggies and this stuff called pepper chicken (no sauce on this dish). But I did have some of the sauced chicken & brocolli and chicken & mushrooms. I felt AWFUL all night...didn't sleep well b/c my stomach was cramping so bad. I've been struggling to eat today b/c I've felt so sick still from last night's episode - 2 more days of P1 (plus sf strawberry preserves since I suppose it isn't exactly p1) then I'll add something back on Friday. I think it's going to be either hot cereal that I got at the store, or some Whole grain pita bread. We'll see. Hope everyone's been doing good - LATER ![]() |

Hi
I did well yesterday until I headed out to a Mexican restaurant for a good-bye party - 3 Conora Lites; tortilla chips etc. Went home - kids were horrible and had a few more beers
But was down a pound - go figure. Today has been ok. Had one of the Kraft SB Wraps. Renee |

Boy, it *is* quiet today. I did ok yesterday - could have been better, could have been worse. I still need to get over feeling like I need or somehow deserve a sweet after my meals. I'm feeling much better about everything tho - I don't even want any carbs today. Yesterday I had to convince myself I didn't want oatmeal for breakfast, where today it didn't even sound good. I'm going to try to make it until Saturday in phase one, but we'll see how that goes - it's not like I really need to curb the carb monster, I just need to stop snacking all the d@mn time.
Thanks for getting us started, Watermelon Rola - good job on the water. Hope your legs feel better soon Traci - sounds like you made the best of the situation. Mmmmm...what kind of hot cereal did you buy? Rene - At least they were light beers, and you're down a pound! I don't usually do well at Mexican restaurants either. Hi to everyone who follows. |

traci: you did well despite the place!! sounds yummy...i don't know if i would have had as much self-control.
renee: yes, at least they were light beers...just drink lots of water today and you'll be right back on track! allykat: yeah, snacking for me lately has been a problem. it's been legal stuff, but i just need to curb it. then again, it was also TOM last week..so that might have been part of it. |

Hello everybody, I'm sorry this has to be short. I just don't have alot of time at work. I hope you all are doing well. I'm doing fine. I can't wait to see the scale on Mon. I tried Zeraspride recipe for buffalo chicken and it was good. My son loved it also. I'm going to have to try some more recipes here.
Talk later |

checking in.It sounds like we are in the same boat today eating out is the hardest thing to do . I eat a lot of salad. Some places have low carb things. Check on the net for place that do. Let us know what you find. Karla |
