Daily Menu Thread (Wednesday) EVERYONE POST!!!

P1 menu

B- lf cottage cheese w/sf strawberry preserves, v8 (feeling a little sick this AM - didn't feel like eating at all)
S- string cheese
L- tuna salad over romaine
S- sf jello
D- chicken breasts coated in parmesan and cooked in olive oil
des- fudge lite fudgesicle

c'mon ladies - lets see those menus - it helps keep us accountable all day long!

I'll post mine today. I didn't post yesterday because I had some uh, let's just say Phase 3.5 items and I didn't want to tempt anyone!

Phase 2/Phase 3 menu:

B: whole wheat cereal with a sprinkle of raisins
S: Dannon light and fit cherry vanilla yogurt
L: leftover beef stroganoff over 1/2 cup of long grain converted rice and a nectarine
S: 8 cashews
D: whole wheat spaghetti with 3 pieces of sugar free truffles for dessert

I feel guilty for not eating more veggies but I did have a big big chicken cesear salad yesterday and I'm going to try to have a salad most days for lunch next week, I promise!

Here is yesterday's menu since I stink at pre-planning:

B - yogurt & rye crisps
L - ww tortillas w/tomato sauce, lf cheddar & parmesan
S - sf ice cream
D - turkey breast & sauteed veggies in tomato sauce and chocolate cake made with lc (mostly soy) flour, splenda & egg beaters

Ok, so it's not quite Phase One...but today is going to be!!!

hello

Phase I, day one and not quite in the groove yet.

B- 3 slices louis rich turkey bacon and 2 eggs.
S-7 almonds
L-celery with cheese
S- 7 more almonds
D- well , guess writing stuff down like this helps keep ya on track huh. no dinner. I was dealing with a customer who I cannot please, and forgot dinner.
