Disappointed as well......
I weighed in this morning after week 1 and I'm only down 2 pounds. I know I should be happy about the progress but I feel like everyone else is posting these big losses and I'm not! I have been following everything from the phase 1 guidelines so I don't really get it. Could it be that I had my TOM from Thursday to Sunday, and I'm still retaining water?

hi
I'm in the same boat and saw your reply to my post. I think we need to drink 80+ ounces of water per day. Sounds high, but let's try it together.
We do have smaller amounts of weight to lose, so it could be the problem. I do feel healthy which is a plus. Hopefully you do too! Natalie ![]() |

I was just going to post what Natalie said. When you don't have much weight to lose, you will not see the dramatic results that those of us who had lots to lose saw during Phase 1. I only want to take off 15 more pounds and I can't below 175 pounds no matter what I do. It's a bit frustrating so I can emphathize with how you feel. Congratulations on your 2 pound loss! I think that is awesome and would love to be able to say I lost 2 pounds this past week!
