Exercise Thread for Monday, June 27

Good morning everyone!

This morning I took a much needed rest. I'm so sore. I added jogging to my exercise routine this weekend plus stood on my feet for 12 hours hosting my sister's baby shower so I'm sore. I also had an incident on my jog on Sunday which I'll share in a separate post so it's probably a combo of all this making me sore. I could barely get out of the bed this morning. Walking up the street to the bus stop was tough! I plan to force myself to do my usual 2 mile power walk at lunch time though. Then it's back to the Firm jiggle free work outs again tomorrow.

How about you? What you doing today to move your body?

I'm playing softball tonight...don't know if I'll get in any extra workouts. Probably scrubbing bathrooms - does that count?

Traci - I'm not sure if scrubbing bathrooms counts as exercise or not but if you just want to burn some extra calories, I can give you my address. My bath and a half could use a good scrubbing! Have fun at the game tonight!
