Phase 1 menu (continuing P1 for a few more days...)
B: 2 links turkey sausage, 1egg scrambled w/2%cheddar, 5.5oz can of V8 S: cottage cheese cup L: tuna salad (w/mayo, celery and onion) & broccoli S: Celery sticks w/ LC Lite wedge D: cajun pork chops w/ broccoli & small salad Des: SF popsicle or cottage cheese w/1 Tbsp SF strawberry jam (soooo good!) |

Breakfast: whole grain waffles and eggs Snack: apricots Lunch: ham and cheese lettuce rollup Snack: apricots Dinner: grilled chicken, sweet potato and cauliflower No more eating for today. I weighed this morning and had a 4 pound loss for the week. Woo Hoo!! ![]() |
