Weekend Menu Thread (Friday-Sunday) June 24-26
I didn't see a menu thread so I thought I'd start one for the weekend if that's okay.
Here is my Phase 2/Phase 3 menu for Friday: B: whole wheat cereal with a sprinkle of raisins S: cherries L: leftover whole wheat spaghetti S: 8 cashews D: pizza (toppings no crust) and a few sugar free chocolate truffles |

Still doing great with no eating after 7:30 pm. Woo Hoo!
Todays menu:
Breakfast: whole grain e. muffin with one slice ham, provolone cheese and egg on top Snack: apricots Lunch: tuna lettuce roll ups (lf cottage cheese with tuna spread on just lettuce leaves and topped with half an avacodo Snack: M. cheese stick and some mini carrots Dinner: grilled cod, asparagus and veggies from our garden steamed No more eating for today. |

Breakfast: 2 whole grain waffles with a teas. almond butter and 2 eggs Snack: apricots Lunch: 2 ham and cheese lettuce roll ups Snack: apple Dinner: pork chop, sweet potato, and steamed veggies No more eating for today. |

Hey all... I wanted to check in as it has been awhile. I had to take a break from SB because of a gum surgery I had, which limited me to eating certain foods. I still have the left side to do, but I will continue to eat as clean as I can with what I can eat. I will be back in full force soon.. just wanted to send a hello to u all
