i dont eat any fish but i know they just put a recipe up for glazed salmon on the recipe thread at the top of the page....it says it is suitable for phase 1

I like to steam tilapia or salmon filets over a bed of spinach in a foil or parchment packet.

The foil packets are great for the grill.

I'm trying the glazed salmon tonight. Doing it on the grill, though. WAY too hot for the oven.

i like to bread mine with egg and spiced up parmesan cheese instead of breadcrumbs, then bake or fry them up, i usually spice up the parmesan cheese with garlic salt, or some italian spices.... SO TASTY.
