Exercise Thread for Tuesday, June 21
Good morning everyone!
I don't have time unfortunately for a long post but I wanted to report that I did Firm 4 jiggle free arms this morning and I plan on going for a 1-2 mile power walk at lunch time today. What do you plan on doing today to get in a good work out? We wanna know! ![]() |

zeraspride: good work!! you're keeping me inspired here!
mrs. magoo: have a good workout at the gym!! Today will be a light workout. I will do upperbody/chest at the gym, and then a light cardio routine at home. Tae Bo bootcamp...if i can get the Tae Bo in NOW that would be great..I need to take the day off from running so I don't get shin splints before the 10K. Everyone else: have a great workout day today!!!! |

mrsmagoo and rola - great job on getting your work outs in on Tuesday! I went for a 2 mile power walk in addition to my Firm work out. Okay, I'm going to start Wednesday's thread now.
