Daily Menu Thread (Tuesday, June 21)

Everyone post their menu today - lets get accountable!!

Phase 1 menu...
B- 2 turkey sausage links, 1 scrambled egg, V8
S- cottage cheese cup
L- big salad w/ ham, turkey, 2% cheddar, mushrooms, onions, grape tomatoes & Ranch dressing
S- SF Jello w/ FF cool whip
D- Salmon w/green beans & small salad
Des- NSA Fudgesicle

Here is my Phase 2/Phase 3 menu:
B: whole wheat cereal with a sprinkle of raisins
S: Dannon light and fit cherry vanilla yogurt
L: leftover beef stroganoff over 1/2 cup of long grain converted rice and a peach
S: 15 cashews
D: philly cheesesteak sandwhich on ww bread with mushrooms, onions and low fat cheese with 1/2 cup of no sugar added ice cream for dessert

Here is my new menu based upon feedback I received in the last few days.

B: Omelette, low fat cheese, turkey, peppers. V8
Coffee with sugar free creamer
S: none
L: Salad with chicken, low fat cheese and veggies
S: Pistachios
D: Turkey and alpine swiss, veggie
S: sugar free jello and ff cool whip

Attempting to drink 60+ ounces of water today.

B: FF Ham, 2% Cheese slice, dill spear roll-up, V-8, small slice of flax bread
s: 1 cup FF yogurt
L: Big sald with LF feta, red pepper, FF turkey slices, olives, pickled mushrooms, thinned creamy caesar
s: Sf jello with FF cool whip
D: Salad with tomato, canned slamon, olive oil, mayo
d: Black bean cake with FF cool whip, Skim milk

Tracie-isnt that jello w/ whipped cream to die for...well not die, i should say to live for...guilt free dessert...

Ok here is my Tuesday menu

B-2 veggie quiche, 6g sugar tomato sauce..just enough to dip my quiche
L-4 oz salmon, celery with LF laughing cow, 15 almonds
S-turkey breast rolls with blue cheese and mustard (maybe the bleu cheese)
D-4-6 oz salmon, 1 veggie cup (unless steam cabbage)
Dessert-cup of sf jello, squirt of ff whipped

Here is my Tuesday menu for Ph. 2

Breakfast: 2 eggs with 1/2 slice of swiss cheese on top of whole grain muffin

Snack: some apricots

Lunch: garden salad with garbanzo beans and olives

Snack: banana

Dinner: grilled chicken, zucchini and sugar peas, brown rice

That's it for today. Your menus look great everyone. Keep up the great job!
