Calories?
I've read that calories, fat, carbs are not to be counted, as long as amounts are "moderate".
What is your average calorie intake? Last edited by mre : 06-20-2005 at 11:05 AM. Reason: addition |

Hello
That's what I liked about this plan since I've failed at every plan where you had to track anything. I stick to the lists, well, I did, until I fell off the wagon - and did very well. 20+ pounds in less than 3 months.

Hi mre, it's good to see you! You and Renee and right about not counting anything but the 75 sweet treat limit... but I do kind of know. I average about 1200 and I only know that since I use the flex points. To do that, my fat and protein serving sizes are average to low, enough to satisfy. Some days 1000, some about 1400 estimating.
I had a chance to look at your fitday journal, you're doing really good with your menu choices, Good luck and keep posting. Marva |

Hi, Marva.
I average about 1600 cals daily. About half of those calories are from fats (olive oil, nuts, etc.). Would you mind taking a look at my FitDay and giving me your opinion? I need an experienced opinion. My FitDay (please look at the last 2 weeks, I realized I may have gone overboard this weekend): http://www.fitday.com/WebFit/PublicJ...tml?Owner=mrce Thanks, M |
