Starting Phase 2 tomorrow....
going grocery shopping tonight....
Any tips as I begin this phase? Any MUST HAVES at the grocery you can recommend? TIA all. ![]() |

Hi Jenny,
Congrats on getting through Phase 1! I would recommend that you add the carbs back slowly. A slice of whole grain bread here and a piece of fruit there and see how your body reacts to it. Don't go hog wild crazy with adding a lot of stuff back to quickly. Drink plenty of water and get in lots of exercise. Above all, in the early stages of Phase 2, try not to cheat. Stay on plan and stay focused. Plan or continue to plan out your meals for the week which will make it easier to stay on program. Come here often for support. These ladies are just the best at encouraging you. I wish you all the best on Phase 2!
